Payments
We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Paypal, Postal Order & BACS Internet Banking.
Your Credit / Debit Card payment is NOT processed until your entire order is complete and ready for dispatch.
The goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds that have been paid to Presentscompany.co.uk have cleared in full.
Postage & Packing
UK Standard Royal Mail Delivery from just £2.99
FREE DELIVERY when you spend £50 (exc.delivery) or more, and all items are sent to the same address at the same time.
All postage costs shown are for delivery to UK addresses only.
Orders
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error, and as such reserve the right to decline orders where appropriate.
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched to you within 3 working days, though next working day after payment received is more normal.
Please note we do not deliver to P.O.Box addressess.
Overseas Delivery may be available on some products. Please email for details.
Non Delivery of Goods
In the unlikely event that presentcompany.co.uk for whatever reason are unable to supply your purchase(s) then you will be notified by email or telephone as soon as reasonably possible (24 hours maximum) and a full refund of cost of item (s) including postage costs actually paid will be made to you within 24 hours.
No Other Liability accepted
Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no quibble guarantee.
We will glady and promptly refund the total cost and postage for any item that you return to us for any reason whatsoever, provided it is returned in the same condition that is was received.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Presentscompany.co.uk or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
